Being passionate about story telling, Jane works closely with the writers and directors of a project to bring their creative vision to the screen. She prides herself on carefully selecting the best production team to support the vision of the project, often with a need to negotiate deals. Working closely with the line producers and production managers,  Jane thrives on problem solving and aims to prevent possible issues by being a clear communicator.  Loving what she does helps Jane to bring a positive and upbeat energy to her productions.  She believes in creating an environment where crew feel supported, encouraged and heard, so that they are able to create the best possible work for the project at hand.
